Our service charges quoted are inclusive of the cost of services rendered on weekends and public holidays and cost of relief Security Personal who cover the duties of regular Security Personal when they are on medical leave, annual leave and compassionate leave or absent from work.

Performance of our Security Personnel are supervised and checked daily day and night by our Operations Managers/Operations Executive and Night Patrol Supervisor and monitored at our Control Centre.

Note:

1. Our 24 hours Operations Control at our HQ Command Centre will monitor the security manpower attendance daily day and night including weekends and public holidays for 7 days a week.

2. Our Security Operations Manager/Operations Executive will check on the performance of the security personnel daily.

3. Our Night Operations Controller will conduct surprise checks at nights to ensure the night security personnel are awake and alert and performing.
